Apart from Mr. Tom Cumming, the Scout Master, on the left of the photo, the only other person I recognise is John Reid the assist. Scout Master on the extreme right. Hugh Ross, the other Assist SM, seems to be absent. The boys on the left with chest stars are Cubs, or were in my day.(1937-47)

I think the scout standing next to Tom Cumming is Ben Dalgarno and, kneeling in front of the flag, is Jackie Fraser.
