Alfred Alexander Jackman

My granddad worked for the naval dockyards and was sent to Invergordon for WW1. There he met my Grannie Josephine Stephenson from Belfast, who worked in the Naafi (or equivalent). They married at Inverness Christmas Day 1918, giving their address as Admiralty Hutments, Invergordon.

This is a studio portrait of Alfred Alexander Jackman, my granddad, taken by Andrew Peterson, Inverness.
