I recall Paul and Eileen Shivas who used to park their bicycles at my old home in Alness, whilst they attended Bridgend School (circa 1947-8). My memory seems to tell me they lived above Achnagarron. I am sure they must be related to James Sangster Shivas. I wonder if they still live locally?

Paul Shivas (James Sangster's grandson) is my father and both he and my aunty Aline still live in Invergordon. It's wonderful for me to see all these photos of family members I know little about.

My grandfather - James Sangster Shivas - also hired Daimler cars to the Naval officers when they were in port in Invergordon.
