I was delighted to see this photo - the young girl in the picture is my Granny, Mrs Aimee Smith. However she was born in 1911 - so I would question the date of the photo as 1850?

Yes my grandfather was "Beam" James A.B. Shivas and he was born 1908 so guessing the picture would be dated 1912/13.
