This was the end of Jeff (Geoff?) Wilkie’s apprenticeship, effectively his initiation as a journeyman cooper. Ronnie Braid is on the left, Jeff is in the middle and my dad (Andy Thomson) is on the right. I think the date was 1968 but it could be either side if that.

Hi Anne. Interesting. I was always under the impression that was Jeff W. Was Jeff in the same ceremony?

I'll need to change a few things in my dad's history now, LOL.
