Royal Observer Corps…circa 1965

The year is a guess. My father Cameron Maclennan is 3rd from left at the back.

I know most names but correct me if I’m wrong and can fill in the blanks.

I used to love going to the bunker at Rosskeen, with Dad, to do his checks, though it was a bit scary climbing down the vertical ladder underground. The ROC was a big part of my dad's life until the 1970s. I remember he used to go away in summer, for a week or two to various “camps” in the south of England. Always brought me and my sister presents home, then within weeks we would be off on our annual holiday to Yorkshire.
