Grandmother Cathy with my father James Norman Askew This is a photo of my grandmother Cathy and my father James Norman Askew as a young boy taken outside the then YMCA in Outram Street about 1930. During the 1960s my grandmother and grandfather went on to buy and own the YMCA for a few years before selling it and thereafter being known as the Grange (Guest House).

Great photo Graeme. Happy memories of the dances at the YMCA. Your parents were really nice people although I used to panic when your Dad would ask me if I was old enough to go in. He was only kidding me.
