Williamina was the daughter of Alexander Mackenzie and Ann Mackay, shown in picture #1211.

At a guess I would say that the people in the two photographs were dressed for the Baptism of the child sitting on Williamina's knee. Alexander and Williamina had four children between 1902 and 1905. I think the most likely candidate is Annie Mackay Ross who was born January 1902 at 19 Clyde Street.
