This photo was taken 1922. It's of John McKay and Meg McNaughton McKay with daughter Jessie McDonald McKay (nickname Toody). John McKay was my Granmother's half brother. John Mckay grew up on Balintraid Farm, Kilmuir Easter. Then after he was married, worked as the Chauffer to an American couple who owned Teaninch House Alness. John died 25th Jan 1948 at Inverness, and is buried at Teaninich churchyard. Meg, his wife, was Housekeeper at Teaninich House till her death. Anyone remember them?
