This is definitely Invergordon Academy; Mr Macmillan was my grandfather and rector at the Academy; he married Janet Coutts who I think was the head of Primary.

Beosie (Bessie?) Baker is Elizabeth Dawson Baker (1893-1964) and the photo is probably c.1909. (The Lilian Baker who appears in another Invergordon Academy class photo on this site is likely her sister.)
The Aberdeen Journal of 25 Aug 1909 lists, among others, the following students from Ross and Cromarty who were offered Trust bursaries:
Boys - Gordon Crawford, Robert Ross
Girls - Elizabeth D Baker, Catherine M'D E Robertson, Elizabeth Campbell, Helen L Macdonald, Isabella M Matheson, Johan Grigor.
