School Photo

I believe this photo is of a class at the Invergordon Academy, c1930, since I know that my late mother, Catherine Florence Ross (1919-1984), went to school there at some time (however if this is a different school perhaps someone will provide correct information). C.F. Ross is in the second row from the top, far right. I do not know the names of any of the others in the photo. Also not known is the precise date of the photo or the photographer.

This photo belonged to Catherine Florence Ross (later "Gibson"), who was born in Achnagarron and who emigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1944. Her parents were Alexander Ross (1884-1961) and Catherine Ann (Graham) Ross (1888-1950), who resided, at various times, in Alness and Ardross (including Loanreach).
