This certainly could be the Inverness RBL (Scotland) band as they were one of the few bands at that time to wear uniforms almost identical to that worn by The Queens Own Cameron Highlanders. If I remember correctly, Sandy (Cluney) had left the Seaforth Highlanders prior to the amalgamation with the Camerons and joined the distillery pipe band. He became World Champion Drum Major possibly at his first attempt.
