Liberty Boat

A Liberty Boat that appears to be approaching the east pier of the west harbour. In the background is the Admiralty Pier and in the left background is one of the target boats used by the Navy.
The passenger in the Liberty Boat is a female civilian that has probably been visiting a ship anchored in the Firth.
