This picture is one of myself (Liz Whiteford - nee Lane) and Bel Moir taken at the Invergordon Distillery Sports Day c mid/late1960s where it looks as if I almost dragged Bel into first place in the three legged race!

Would "Bel" be Isabel Anderson Moir - daughter of Davie and Jessie Moir, who used to live in the High Street across from the dockyard gate? If so, I used to take her for walks in her pram and I'd like to post a related photo.

Yes that is Bel Moir. Jessie still lives in a new house behind the original one.
