Invergordon High Street, looking East

A postcard giving a view of the north side of the High Street which was probably taken in the 1970s, judging by the vintage of the cars. The Royal Hotel has gone but it is interesting to see the road markings for a bus stop on the right hand side.

Comments:
Regarding the bus stop road markings, there used to be a bus shelter there, right outside the Comm's front door.

Hi Kenny, they used to get on the bus in front of Mac's Cafe and where the men's shop used to be. Do the buses not run down the High Street still?
