Looks like Frankie Simpson on the left with Murdo Fraser on the right...Murdo's wife on the front left ..sorry but her name escapes me. I also recognise two of the other ladies but names fail me.

Duncan, was Frankie Simpson local? I remember a Frank Simpson that sold insurance in the '50s, maybe a relative.

Think the lady back row to the left of Frank is his wife Kath. Sadie MacCormack is far right.

Can't say if he was local...or from outwith the Burgh but I knew him when he worked as a mechanic with Taylor's Garage.

Frankie Simpson worked in Taylor's Garage with my father (Jimmy Andrews) before Frews took over. He lived in the Cottages. His father was an Insurance Man.

Murdo and Alison Fraser were good friends of mine during my stay in Invergordon, between1946....1951. They and Invergordon will always have a place in my heart.
