This picture shows the Port Services 500 tonne crane pulling thrusters on the Sedco 706 and an AK912 removing the derrick on the Sedco 706. All the work was completed by Port Services - Special Projects Division - during August 2007.

What a Fab photo!! I think I'm one the few locals who love to see the massive rigs berthed up. I remember the first year they were all lined up along the Firth at Christmas (like giant Christmas trees) and all their horns blasting at Midnight on Hogmanay! PS - where on earth was the photographer when he took this?

We hired a helicopter and put a photographer up in it!!!!!
