Comments:
The new Academy was officially opened on 7th June 1968. It replaced the old Academy which officially became Park School in May 1976.

Really? I left after O'Levels in 1977 and the name at the front entrance was still "Invergordon Academy". Fond memories of what I considered a terrific school despite the overcrowding at the time.
