This is the first page taken from a booklet produced for the Fleet which gives a complete programme of events on a daily basis. The whole booklet can be viewed by clicking on 'Open Document' below. On the last page can be seen the location of various HM Ships for the Queen's visit. HM Tug Reward is probably alongside the Navy Pier. HMS Ocean is near Cromarty.

A couple of short clips from 1957 and 1964. I do remember the 1964 Fleet visit as along with other local children we were taken aboard the ships for a party. One of the clips features the late Provost MacKay outside the then Town Chambers and later boarding one of the ships.
