Saro Lerwick of 4 (C) OTU, Invergordon

Saro Lerwicks failed to prove successful when operating out of RAF Oban. A number of these aircraft were transferred to 4(C) OTU for training purposes. The OTU identification code was 'TA'. The Lerwicks were very unpopular, due to some vicious handling characteristics.
