The Joss Street flats were demolished after benzine was found in ground samples - possibly from the old gas works that used to be on the site? I think the building on the right might be the harbour offices, but may be wrong Harry. I'm sure someone will put me right! The brown building on the left of the picture are the Port Authority Offices and the lifeboat station (again feel free to correct me if wrong!) It's funny how you just take these for granted when you live here!!
